David Goldberg, a licensed Mortgage Broker/Dealer, began The Investor’s Source LLC in 2011 to address the hard money needs of real estate investors throughout Colorado. He also wanted to provide accredited investors and non-accredited investors looking to invest capital a viable alternative to the stock market and the bank. The company started out primarily making fix & flip loans to local investors. We still offer these loans, and have expanded to offer the widest variety of loan programs, including ground up residential and commercial construction, and land development loans.
David and The Investor’s Source specialize in developing partnerships with clients. They provide guidance to help real estate investors and borrowers make informed and creative decisions to help meet the numerous challenges involved in real estate investing. David is recognized for his ability to analyze and engineer deals that provide the maximum benefit to both borrowers and lenders while staying transparent with each.
David grew up on Long Island, NY and got his BS degree in Business/Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany. He has been a real estate investor himself since 2008, owning rental properties throughout northern Colorado.
