The Investor's Source Private Lending Fund #1 has an Advisory Board made up of 3-5 fund investors to help oversee and monitor the Fund.  The Advisory Board provides a closer connection between the Fund Manager and a cross section of fund investors.  The board makes recommendations on any loan requests greater than $2.5M, and meets bi-annually to review the loan portfolio, performance, and any underperforming loans.

We believe this Advisory Board structure is somewhat unique in the Private Lending Fund space, and provides even more transparency and involvement for investors in the Fund. We believe it also enhances the performance and safety of the Fund for all investors.
